so i login today and realize that my account was closed,
i didn't receive an email or any reason why it was banned. called blizzard account services and they keep hanging up.

Did nothing yesterday except do a faction change and do arena, trying to think of anything that i've done in like the past month and nothing comes to mind that would lead to a perma ban.

If you believe that your suspension was applied in error, then the only appropriate method to dispute the matter is via email with our Account Administration department at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com. I might be in a position to shed slightly more light on this situation if you can provide the name and realm of a character on the affected account though. You may also want to check the filters on your registered email address, as sometimes messages can accidentally be sent to the junk mail folder as well.
