Account administration responce time.

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this but i opened a ticket with the account admin team 2 weeks ago, on the 27/28th of dec. Asside from recieving the automated email regarding the petition i am yet to see any further progress. I don't want to send it again on the email address for accounts because of the notice on the bottom of my email saying "spammed" messages will be disregarded, or workds similar to that effect.

Is the wait time will understandably be extended because of the recent holidays, however after 2 weeks i am wondering if the ticket has been lost or somthing else or still waiting in the queue. Is there any way for me to find out about what is happening with this situation without spamming the accounts team?

The action wasnt an ingame ticket, it was a ticket at the blizzard support site.
