Wondering if blizzard is lenient on letting customers after a paid 30$ change, if they made the wrong choice to let the customer have a second chance on another class. I picked the troll, and I'm really not happy with the way they cast, or in general anything about them, they seem more of hunter class, and not a mage class. What do you guys think will happend.

I'm honestly going to be very upset if blizzard won't be able to give me a second chance, and let me re think about my choice. I don't feel like paying an extra 25$. The troll just doesn't feel right for a mage class. I cam from a gnome, and gnomes seemed like they casted so much quicker and cleaner. Any thoughts?

I do apologize for any frustration experienced as a result of the difficulty in reaching a Billing representative Damattaii, but they will be the only ones that could possibly offer assistance on this issue. While I can offer no guarantees one way or another in terms of a reset or refund, they will be able to shed additional light on the issue and be happy to assist in any way they can.
