60-Day Pre-Paid Game Card Redemption Issues
by Syndri | 26/06/2010 18:02:18![]() We are currently aware of an issue that is causing a select number of valid 60-day pre-paid game cards to return an "invalid" message when entered. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible to ensure that those who have purchased pre-paid game cards are able to use them. This issue is currently only affecting 60-day pre-paid game cards that must be scanned at a register to be activated. Standard scratch-off pre-paid game cards and pre-paid game time codes available on the Blizzard Store (http://us.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=110000004) are not affected and may be used to add game time to an account at this time if desired. Please note that if you elect to purchase a scratch-off game card or game time from the Blizzard Store and add that time to your account, you should still be able to use your scan-to-activate 60-day pre-paid game card once this issue is resolved. If you are attempting to redeem a scan-to-activate 60-day pre-paid game card and are currently experiencing issues, we ask that you please send an email from your registered Battle.net address to wowcsforum@blizzard.com with "Attn: Syndri - Game Card Issue" as the subject and the following information included:
