5 hrs now for a ticket..Are GM's on strike?

Game Masters do not operate per realm. This is to alleviate any potential perceptions that different realms are treated differently (RP and PvP policies notwithstanding). We have a strong presence of U.S. Support staff at Blizzard Entertainment in two locations in the country. While I can appreciate your need for assistance, please note that a patch was released on Tuesday which usually leads to great spikes in the amount of tickets the In-Game Support staff is receiving. This also leads to increased wait times across all realms. You are always welcome to pose your question on the Customer Service forum. I'll lead you through an internal experience to call forth your internal dolphin and then we'll bring our inner dolphin out, so that we're completely immersed in our dolphin aspect that is us. |
