2400 estimated honor = 400 actual honor?

I played about 3 games of EOTS and 5 or so games of AV today. My estimated honor was at around 2400. I know I won 2 games of AV and received around 400 bonus honor for one win and around 500 bonus honor for the other win. Something is seriously wrong with the honor calculation.
