Compensation for extended down time is considered by a number of different parties outside of the Customer Service department, and this is not a discussion that we--the Representatives of the Customer Service forum--will be participating in. If you believe game time reimbursement should be provided, I encourage you to share your suggestion on the Suggestions Forum to ensure that all appropriate parties are able to see your request.
