2.3 Changes for Warlocks

These are the announced changes we're planning in 2.3 for the Warlock class.

Change to Ritual of Souls which will significantly reduce the time to cast and complete it
WTB Blue

Healing reduction effects will now affect health drain spells and abilities.

Banish can no longer be cast on targets tapped by other players or groups
My DoTs need to tap the mob I cast them on...
