1280x1024 & Fullscreen (macbook pro)
by Noodlestein | 05/05/2010 08:51:40![]() So, I've been running my macbook off my "Samsung Syncmaster" monitor for a while now at 1024x768, but got tired of having my desktop at such a low res since most of my websites are meant for higher res's My issue is whenever I fullscreen wow it chops off huge chunks of the screen. I run it in "mirrored" mode, and turn the brightness on the laptop screen down so I dont have to watch both, but the laptop can only go up to 1440x900, and I think this might be the issue (though everything outside of wow as works fine at 1280x1024 (and wow works fine in windowed mode)) Any way to fix this? Sorry if the fix is obvious or something, I've only ever used windows computers and the mac is what my buddy is lending me for raiding, So I don't know a whole lot about them. Thanks My beard, Is a beard among beards. |

And can the external monitor go past the 1024x768 resolution. Also do you have the right resolution set up in the game for the monitor that you are trying to use ?
