1000g Decryption Challenge!

DECRYPT THE ENTIRE POST TO WIN 1000G

Be the first to solve this series of riddles and encryptions completely, and i will give you 1000g (on Malganis).

Rules:

1. I will give this 1000g to somebody on either faction on malganis
2. The winner may email me in-game or post the solution on this thread
3. You must have a lvl 10+ character on malganis to actually get the gold
4. CMs and GMs only get 900g because they cheat anyways

TIPS

(a) each puzzle leads you to figuring out the next one
(b) some steps involve a chain of ciphers
(c) if using text with spaces (i.e. as a key), ignore the spaces
(d) there are red herrings & tricky riddles
(e) share your partial solutions because this may require cooperation
