So I have sent my picture like 3 times and havent got a confirmation mail, neither has my brother with his picture, any idea why? did it yesterday aswell.

Check your spam and bulk email folders in case the message was misfiled. Also, please be aware that some free web-based email providers will not route the mail correctly.
