So i started playing that game not that long ago. im one of those guys that read alot about the game they play because if i play something i want to know evrything about it. so i read alot of forums(US,eu eng/ger/spa). and i have to say the WoW community is the lowest ,dumbest and most ignorant com i have ever seen in my 8 years of online gaming.

I see that blizzard **!!ed alot of things up. like ignoring bugs (pretty fun when u start playing a game,see a bugged quest, talk to someone about it and they tell u that its been like that since start) beeing totally unable to balance classes (funny how free2play mmo's and pretty much evry other game has better balance ) and the ignorance the Blue posters show evryday (ive seen threads titled "xyz part 4" with no response whatsoever.1200 posts and no one of those guys that get paid to work with the community sees it? ofcourse... )

so i see why many people are frustrated and feel treated like crap. but thats not what this thread is about.

Its about the way people "discuss" here. It doesnt matter what the topic is. there are always at least 50% totally worthless thrashposts in there made by brainless monkeys.

Thread about warlocks? evry warlock that ever read the forums comes out and throws his worthless "roflo L2P facknoob" in.

thread about shamans? random people (mostly alts) pop up throw their " shamans are fine L2P facknoob" in.next guy (lvl 42 in all greens) runs in and posts his insightful " FACK YOU NOOB SHAMANS ARE WAY OP ONE JUST KILLED ME !!111" . next guy (lvl 47 shaman) "OMFGZ YOU ALL SUCK BUFF SHAMANS WITH (add totally ridicouls overpowered change in here) SO WE CAN BE GOOT!!11"

thread about pve ? first guy says " ZOMG I SPENT 7HRS EVRY DAY RAIDING NO ONE SHOULD GET WHAT I HAVE" second guy comes " ZOMG I WANT FREE ENDGAME EPICS GIMME NOW!" and evryone flames.


the topic doesnt matter. it doesnt matter if the poster has any clue about anything(" hi i started playing last week, evrything is fine on my lvl 28 rogue i pwn noobs stfu loser" when the topic is about high rated arena) . it doesnt matter if you affected in any way by the topic. ( the warrior comes and tells the priest how to heal etc). it doesnt matter if a good discussion is going on with FACTS (not made up #@@% ) because u can bet that within the next 10 posts the topic will change to how bad/op/easy/hard one thing or the other is.


why is it like that? is wow really a game of 14 year old brainless ignorant retards? why do you lifeless trolls keep spamming threads with total utter bull#@@%? are u really that bored/sad?

ive seen the counterstrike community with their "ZOMG **!!ING LUCKER I *@@*@@@**%!%@!%* UR MATHA" and " IM PRO **!!NOOB GET OUT OF MY WAY", ive seen wc3 with their " xy IS **!!ING IMBA VS z STFU LOSER" and many others. but ive never ever ever seen such a mass of totally ignorant and stupid people.

I really think if blizz would accidently give 1 class a 10k instant nuke with no cooldown and fix it after you would see countless posts about how the class was nerfed and that that REAL iwinbutton was "fine","working as intended" and all other classes just need to "L2P".

bad example but just look at all those well written and explained topics about a problem/matchup/suggestion whatever which get destroyed by those bored kids sitting alone in their basement and argueing over and over about stuff which is OBVIOUSLY just wrong.


imho blizzard should forum ban evry single char that posted stupid #@@% like " L2P" etc(so obv trolling). if a account has more then 3 chars forum banned the whole account gets a lifetime forumban. easy fix.


So normal people out there. did i just read the wrong threads? am i right? is the community really that bad? if yes why is it that bad? what to do to fix all this (except making a balanced game which is fun in evry aspect .but i guess blizzard gave that one up long ago)?

/ps yes im overall very unhappy with the way blizzard treats their customers and i dont see where they spend the millions and millions evrymonth.def not to do anythiong for the game ;). as said im rather new and well... i wont stay long =) still have gamecard for 2 or 3 months i think. if nothing changes it was a short and disappointing time playing the biggest mmorpg ever made . but thats not the point of this thread.

/pps ignore typos bad grammar and whatsoever. its 2 am and ive written that stuff in 5 mins. just a short anger motivated rant about the lifeless scum on these boards.

Secondly, yes, the forums should have stricter and more consistent moderation. Things have been like this since before launch and the forums desperately need 3 or 4 additional moderators, be they Blizz employees or volunteers, but, tbh, I can't see this ever happening.

Thirdly, things in the forums aren't always quite as bad as they have been over the past couple of weeks. Whenever there's any significant change to the game the forums always get swamped with complaints which always brings out the trolls. However, during the quiet periods, when nothing much is going on, there's often some good discussion going on... just sometimes you have to filter out a lot of rubbish to get to the good stuff.

So, in conclusion, don't take the forums too seriously and if, at the end of the day, you can't stomach the attitude of some of the posters then don't come here. There's plenty of unofficial WoW forums that need extra voices.

There won't be any moderation from me today, I'm at home sick. I have to say it's a bit disheartening sometimes to work my behind off every day and only hear that we still don't do enough... Ah well, impossible to please everyone.
