Dear Blizzard,

I know these forums aren't really looked at by you but I'll give it a try.

It was only 5 minutes ago I raided the Horde town in Arathi Highlands. And once again it struck me how pathetic our world pvp is. We got there, slaughtered the first few guards, but then we were heavily defeated by en masse spawned elite guards. Killing Civilians does help a bit, as they wont call for any guards when dead (muahahha). The thing is, the civilians come alive again quickly and start spawning guards again... Its a battle you cant win.

I know you implemented Halaa and such, but its only a lousy rip off of what World pvp could be. Taking over a town and crippling the other faction by that makes it really fun to raid a town. Just getting tokens for some level 66 rewards doesn't.

So I want to ask you nicely:

-Please remove the en masse guard spawning by civilians.

-Make the guards not too strong. (So low levels can give a go at world pvp too)

-Set the respawn time on guards higher so you can really take over a town. For example, once you defeated the boss of a town no civilians or guards will spawn for 15-30 minutes. After that a massive army of the faction you took the town from spawns at the gates and recaptures the town. The town cant be recaptured after that for like a day or so to not have Town Camping.

-Once a town is taken, other faction players cant land into the town by flightmaster. Instead, they will land before the gates of the town or something.

-Give a reward in form of honour, item, token (you choose) for taking over a town. Ofcourse a better reward for a stronger town (Think of the difference between Tarren Mill and Thrallmar for example)



Ofcourse I know there are some 'downsides' on this. Questers cant turn in there quest for example. For that I have my oh so cliché argument: You chose PVP realm. And I also think taking over a town is more satisfying than STV ganking so thats a good thing too.
And I just wanna say you already did a good thing removing dishonour from killing civilians. But to make it perfect some of the above suggestions could be implemented.
