Witing hours for? a GM harrasment...

im open a ticket to report a horde player who is taken the gold mine in ab before it starts and when i got a GM he ask me if i have time to discuss a my ticket, im answer yes instantly but the sistem says me to i dont have any open ticket whit that GM.

are you Game Master kidding me or what?
