Top 2 teams on Bloodlust BG both use there friends alts to boost there ratings and have never played anyother teams for months...this has been reported so many times by so many people yet nothing is done...still the same old 10 wins a week they get every week at 4am from there friends team without playing any of the competition.

Cud i get a blue responce to show that you are actually doing something?..I have tried the GMs in game, which is useless as they dont have a clue. Plus sending an email to ur complaints department doesnt even get an automated reply, let alone an actual responce.

Hi Bubbletomuch,

Thank you for letting us know of this issue - teams cheating their way to the top of the rankings is something which is not tolerated, and is considered to be a serious abuse of in-game mechanics. Rest assured, I will make sure that this matter is fully investigated.

I'm afraid I will not be able to go into explicit details with you with regards to any punishment we may give to these teams, for privacy reasons, but I can assure that appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our exploitation policies.

I can assure you that we would not take action against an account unless we had irrefutable evidence of wrongdoing - obviously I don't want to go into great details with regards to the methods we use, but as I have investigated a few of these cases myself, I can tell you they are very extensive.

Unfortunately due to the smaller amount of players affected by this issue when compared to gold advertisers and bots, we are unable to divulge these details to the community, as this could be possibly be construed as a violation of our customer's privacy rights.

It's a nice idea though. :)

There is really no point in bumping this thread at all - I can assure you that this issue has been investigated fully and passed onto the relevant department for action. Due to the restrictions in place from our privacy policy we will not divulge any further information with regards to the action we will take against these accounts.
