Why powerleveling wrong

Hi Blizz and all I would just like to know why is it wrong to ask someone to powerlevel me.

Ok Blizz you make a cool game I want to play (well done for that)
You now have made levelling faster (nice one)
Ok I work 50 hours a week and have 2 kids and have a life but I like to play for 2-4 hours a day.
So I want to get to end game as playing up to 30-40s I feel I have see the questing experience and am quite confident that I can play my character at a high level.
So I look on the internet and come across tons and tons of site selling powerleveling and gold.
Question 1:
As you make the rules and make stuff expensive in the game why don’t you start selling gold?
(Like it would take me 10 weeks (10 hours a week) to grind to get the gold I need to play this game.)
Or
Pay 28$ and in 5 minutes I have 1000 gold
Question 2:
If I want someone to play the game for me and level me up to whatever level I feel like it why this is wrong.
I know a lot of people will say this is unfair as you should put the time in to get your character to end game. But if I pay for a service why is it wrong? I would much rather pay you than someone else.
Blizzard do you not think that if you PL me for say 107 pounds for 1-60 that you have just had a 1 years subscription plus all the time I play till I end my account.
Blizzard do you not believe that gold buying is more harmful than powerleveling?
Let’s look deeper into this there are hundreds of people PL accounts as I write this yes you will ban some and miss some. Blizzard why can you not take over the market and offer PL services if I have the money for yourself. Or is it the belief that you like other people making money from you. Now I can tell you I know of 50 people who play your game who have brought gold. Surely buying gold has a lot more impact on the game that someone being powerleveled. I hope you can take all this into account and come up with a solution to make everyone happy playing your game.

For clarity I would first like to draw your attention to the Terms of Use that you are asked to agree to before playing:

http://www.wow-europe.com/en/legal/termsofuse.html

Q u o t e:
C. You agree that you will not
...
v. buy or sell for "real" money or exchange gold, weapons, armor, or any other virtual items that may be used in World of Warcraft outside the World of Warcraft platform;

vi. let any third person (except for a minor for whom you opened the Account) play on your Account including, but not limited to, using so-called “power levelling services”, i.e. paying a third person for playing on your Account; or

vii. play on the Account of a third person including, but not limited to, providing so-called “power levelling services”;

Why? Because we want people to play the game.

Also, if you can gain an in-game advantage by paying more "real" money it is tantamount to cheating against those who invested their time and skill to fairly obtain those game rewards. The game is designed so that people who can only play a few hours a week can still enjoy as much of the content as possible, but it is perfectly natural that you should have to invest the same quantity of game time as other players. The changes to instances and raiding in TBC, the advent of daily quests and now the improvement to the levelling curve, together with many other things have made it easier than ever for a busy parent such as yourself to enjoy this game.
