Why is phone support so bad?

I called Blizzard earlier today to reset my account email to the original one, whoever I spoke to, asked me for my information, cd key, real name, blah blah, I had everything, and he said that it will reset in few minutes. Well my email didnt. So I called 30 minutes later to ask why didnt it reset, and the next guy sent me to webform for which I will have to wait days to get answer from. Why did those two persons work completely different? |
