Q u o t e: I can't believe it. We, as players expecting strong support from the Blizzard's team, should not have to ASK for more communication and interactivity between the Community Managers and us. However, in the past few weeks, PvP and more specifically the Arena Environment has reached its imbalance climax. Some classes have not been looked at for months (Paladins, Feral Druids), whereas others continue to shine since the beginning of S1 (Warriors).
And there we are, HAVING to complain about the current PvP situation because we have absolutely NO blue post on the matter. Why don't you CM just take the time to tell the players when they need it ? How many paladins do you think have rerolled rogues just because it's been a year that they wait for a Blizzard post saying "We are aware of the issue about Holy Paladins in arena in are looking into the matter".
So just because the CMs don't talk with us (isn't it your main job by the way ? Getting informations from Blizzard & players and report on the forums ?), we have to break the forum rules, making posts only to ask for a blue answer. And yet, even if the posts are absolutely correct and not from a random badass who just wants to annoy the CMs and the community itself, they get locked with NO reason given. What are we supposed to think ? That you just read the thread title and told yourself "THIS GUY IS ASKING FOR A BLUE POST. THIS IS FORBIDDEN. ME LOCK POST NOW" ? Or that you took the time to actually read the post but don't want to answer it ?
I'm sorry to create another thread for the matter but I just really wants explanation & communication. So I just quote again what I wrote in my previous post, hoping for you to understand it and reply to it.
First of all, yes - making attention seeking titles and calling for blue/blizzard/bluename in title will get your thread locked.
Secondly, and more specific to the topic;
Just because we don't answer every question or comment on every concern that you, the community, bring up on the forums does not mean that we do not read them and make notes. While we would like to be able to respond to everything as best we can, often times there are circumstances preventing us from giving information or responses - either because we do not have something we can respond with available right there or for internal reasons.
It is easy for you to say that we "never" respond or observe concerns simply because you are expecting a solution immediately or because you are expecting to be informed of any plans we might have - without any knowledge of what is going on on our side. This is simply not the case. We value constructive feedback and concerns. In light of this, we ask that you submit your feedback and concerns in the appropriate forum here: http://forums.wow-europe.com/board.html?forumId=10024&sid=1&pa geNo=1&
