Wheres my pig polymorph?

So I've just completed the 2 quest chain to get the spell for pig polymorph, easy. Handed it in and got a nice 10k exp but..wheres my spell? no "new spell learnt " message appeared in chat and it hasnt appeared in my spellbook. It also wont let me re-take the quest. I messaged a Gm but he was as useful as a square wheel so i was hoping someone here might have some suggestions?
