Where did my crits go?

really... :(

lvl 60 I had about 32%, now at 70 it's down to 19%

I guess we can make up for the fact that hp went up from 3200 to about 7500 and my attack power went up maybe 400-500 points.
And my +hit went up, got just over 6% now.

Why the lack of items with +crit as a stat on them?

On the other hand, I'm sure we all agree we don't want a system where everyone eventually ends up at 100% crit. So if you were still at 32%, what would then happen as you upgraded your items?

I understand the need for the change from % to rating, just going back to my pre epics time kind of hurts my self esteem ;).

Edit:
And as I understand the rating your crit % increases versus lower level mobs. Unlike the old crit% where it was always the same.
