This is partly out of my own curiousity and partly for an "article" I'm writing as part of a web design project. The subject is on WoW and WAR. I've done quite a bit of reading about WAR while doing this and have read some interviews about what they have planned and I have to say their content looks quite interesting.

I've seen a lot of people complaining about the WoW content here and have also seen people mention how they're leaving when WAR is released. Of course we really don't know how it's going to be because it's still in the final stages of development, so saying it will kill WoW is a bit premature. The content they're promising, though, seems very...promising. If it does turn out as well as many expect, I have a question then:

What would Blizzard have to do in order to keep people interested in playing WoW? Keep in mind that it would probably have to be something that works with the lore as well. We can't really have city sacking and such as the factions aren't exactly at war. This is mostly aimed to the people who are on the edge (undecided if they're going to WAR over WoW or are certain they are). So what do you think could be added to improve this game?
