by Issuntril | 05/03/2008 11:49:23![]() If we authorise the reversal of a paid character transfer, then it would be a true "Rollback" - any progress made on the character since the transfer would be lost - this means that while your friend is free to play on his transferred character while waiting for our answer, it will be returned to it's original state once we authorise his request for the character to be returned. Your friend is free to play on any other characters without fear of losing any progress, however. This kind of rollback would likely mean that all of his gear and money will also be returned to the character, but in the event that there are still things missing your friend can contact us in-game to have this investigated.
