The lying part comes from a post in the general forums where they said they're open to feedback and they try to answer valid questions. People are asking questions all the time, I'm aware of that.... but when you ignore the important ones it just hurts us all. Here is a big one, why is blind the first crowd control spell that is going to diminish in PvE? I know that rogue chest farming is a problem, but you've already nerfed vanish to have a fake combat timer... even failing to warn us about this in the patchnotes, yet you continue on this path of lying and hiding things, deleting honest to god feedback and belittling people like we're not worth your time. You're paid to sit at your desk and manage the forums, maybe even part time GM on a server somewhere, but the point is you have every single working day of your life to spend here, don't act so busy and too aloft to have a dialogue with us. Linden labs runs a social MMO called secondlife and they openly blog about things they're changing, explain things, ask for community feedback and even warn people when things are going to break... its becoming more popular by the day, its making headlines and magazines far outside just gamers circles and the office cooler.... Take a lesson from them and start providing some transperency. Stop hiding posts you don't agree with... Stop proving people right when they claim your getting just as bad as Sony got with everquest and their convoluted patches. Shadowstep fails, every bit of feedback on the PTR that I've read says that it has no synergy that it had in 2.2, that you can't pull off half the deadly combinations you used to, even your own patches contridict what you're doing with 2.3, you lowered the cooldown so rogues could still solo and farm.... and now you're more than doubling what the original cooldown was.... its wrong, its a nerf... any other 41 point talent isn't this restricted. You've gotta use moves that require you to be at someone's back, you've gotta use it on someone when you're not held in place by some effect, you gotta pay the energy cost and then still somehow manage to backstab, shiv or gouge... you're expecting too much and giving too little. If that wasn't enough, you're giving squishy classes, our prey, free damage on healing gear... making our jobs harder and harder, the class we're supposed to kill (priests, mages, warlocks) all have certain specs and play styles that can completely lock us out, yet we're absolutely destroyed by our counter class(warrior) in a fight against them, or for an arena team spot.. We have no job, no place, and nothing to look forward to but raiding... and even there you force our hand and push us into combat spec with poison immune monsters, stuff we can't get behind and you're going to change the rules of hit rating, making our damage drop even further on the heels of a haste nerf.... Do you really listen to ANY of our feedback, blizzard? I'm sorry so many rogues are jerks and gank your normal characters in STV or chain sap you, or annoy you... but you know what? Every class is just as bad somewhere, at some point.... It isn't my class sitting on top of tents in ogrila nuking people and exploiting the guards... We show you math, data on our finishers... you even raise the cap... no blue post. We play the "wait and see" game you ask us to on test, and give you more feedback and more math, and you still ignore us....
