I purchased the game to be able to play. This is a repeated Wednesday that I can't log in to play in the morning. Now there is a message posted that it is a "weekly" maintenance. If Blizzard is going to have periods when I can not log in and play then I would like to be credited those times. Move my subscription time upward by the same amount of time that your servers are down for maintenance. You have chosen your business model so that I pay for constant service, then the servers should be available constantly as well. Redundant servers is not a new concept, so technologically it should not be a problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, but we will still have to maintain and support our servers.
