I want to race-change my rogue, (from troll to undead) but everytime I click I Agree, before you're supposed to go to the payment section, I get a blank page. I've tried this at several computers, the problem also only occurs on this specific character, (Ugoki, Blade's Edge). I have no idea why it doesn't work. It works perfectly fine for all other characters if I try to click on the I Agree button.
I have also tried this on different Browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox), and i'm running Windows 7 64-bit.

Are you waiting at least 20 minutes after logging off the character to start the race change process?
