My brother is trying to fill out the webform Ancilorn said was where to go, and it's saying "Invalid value" where the mail body is. I've checked in word for the character length for him, and its 486 chars. What's going wrong here? :S

Any add-ons/pop-up blockers/ad-blockers you're running with the browser
