My account was randomly locked some time ago, saying I needed to submit a webform in the Suspension Query or Dispute section. So I did, with all info you asked for, but then I read -
Q u o t e: If you are unable to provide the CD key, you must attach a digital image of nationally recognized photo ID, such as the passport or drivers license of the account owner, to this form.
Yes, okay, I have the CD-key, I typed it in - correctly, look further down and it says -
Q u o t e: If you are unable to provide the answer to the secret question, you must attach a digital image of nationally recognized photo ID, such as the passport or drivers license of the account owner, to this form.
Yes, of course I knew the answer to my secret question aswell. Now, I found a rather blurry picture of my fathers drivers license (I don't have one right now, since my parents are divorced and I'm not living at my mothers place alot, she happens to be the one with my passport), and I thought this could be perfectly OKAY, so I just sent in that pic, to be sure. Now, even if that picture was hard to read, I was certain it said you only need a picture of your ID IF you DONT have the CD-key or SA, but I had both, yes.
Now some time ago I receive this mail saying my picture was too blurry and I need to wait half a month for blizzard to see a picture that isn't even needed in this matter! How lame is that? >:| [ Post edited by Cyst ]

Hi Cyst,
Our account administration department have the final say on what is acceptable and what is not when asking for proof of account ownership. If you have been told that the proof of ownership you have provided us is inadequate then I'm afraid there is little further assistance we can offer you until you can send us the required ID.
If you wish to discuss this matter further with a Blizzard representative then you should contact our account administration team at WoWaccountreviewEU@blizzard.com.
