I'm having a very odd problem with World of Warcrafts Voip -feature. Well, I just bought a new headset and the microphone and etc. works just fine, but when I'm in voice chat channel in WoW with my friends, they can hear each other and they both can hear my speech, but I can't hear them at all. There should be nothing wrong with my voice chat options, but still I'm out of clues what could be the cause of this.

I hope anyone of you could point out anything useful to help me.

Make sure that you have correctly opened all the ports required for the Voice Chat feature to work. World of Warcraft uses TCP/UDP port 3724, its possible you only have the TCP port open but you may need to modify or add a new port to reflect the use of the UDP port.
