Very bad latency only in shattered Halls

Hi

I have few characters in shattered halls. It was a great server until last maintenance. My usual latency is 200-600 ms but I've not been able to play because of high latency (1500-3000 ms) after the maintenance. This problem only happens in shattered halls and all other realms are normal. I have kept a traceroute result for when i had a good connection (before the maintenance) just in case, and my current traceroute shows no difference between before the maintenance and after it. I have also tried renewing my IP and checked my firewall and any other stuff that might have caused this problem but no result. I'me getting this feeling that the problem is not at my end, So the only question i have is that is this problem from server side and if yes will it be fixed. I really like shattered halls. don't want to leave it :).

Thanx for the help
