Verified By Visa - Tech Support clueless..?
by Shadowscout | 15/04/2010 11:59:06![]() Ok, so I tried for three days now, for a paid character transfer from Zenedar to Azjol-Nerub. I have mates on Azjol Nerub and is right now, the only reason I wanna play. I get to the last step on the transfer, put in my three digit verification code and boom; payment rejected. Wtf? Ok, so I call the technical support and the lady there (with a serious broken english) explained that there is a small problem right now, she gave me three more tries and told me to try again in an hour or so. I waited til' the day after, still the same problem so I call tech support again. This time, a man tells me that I have to contact my bank for a Visa Verification. "Ahaa.." I thought. So I connected my Visa-card on my bank-site, to "Verified By Visa" and tried again. Guess what, three strikes youre out! Now; my questions are; 1. What's up with the technical support? Why different answers and still no problem solved. 2. Is it possible to even transfer my character? A lot of people complain about the Verified By Visa. Blizzard, you should REALLY fix this. I mean, the free services sure, but the services your customers try to PAY for is bugging? That area should be TOP-NOTCH ffs. Is there an issue right now that is getting fixed or is this a common issue? Please, give me an answer to what the problem might be because right now it's frustrating to not know the deal. |
