Upcoming changes for the Rogue class

Here is a small list of changes to the Rogue class that are expected to be implemented in the next content patch:
- Shadowstep (Subtlety) can now be used at any time, not only while stealthed. Threat caused by next Ambush, Garrote or Backstab is reduced by 50%. Cooldown increased to 40 seconds.
- Blind is now a physical (no longer a poison) attack. Reagent requirement removed. Now shares the same diminish category as Cyclone and is now diminshed in PvE as well as PvP.
- Fleet Footed (Assassination) now increases movement speed by 8/15%. (doesn’t stack)
- All poisons will now enchant the weapon for 1 hour, increased from 30 minutes.
- Ruthlessness now only affects melee finishing moves.
- Rogue's Deadly Throw missile speed increased significantly and snare duration increased slightly.
Update:
- Dirty Deeds increasing damage of special attacks by 10/20% against targets that are below 35% health
- Deadly Throw snare is increased by approximately 1 second and cannot trigger Ruthlessness
