I ticketed a GM last night because we can not see our items in the Guild Bank on any of the 3 tabs.

I got a reply saying that the whole guild had to log out for 15 mins, and if anyone logged in during that time, then we would have to start again.... Kinda difficult to do that realy, as I have no control over when members log in and out!

My officer, who also created a ticket, got an offline response saying it was an hour that the whole guild had to be logged out, or alternatley, make a new Guild Leader for 24hrs with a char from a different account.

So... who is right, and which one will -actually- work, or is there another solution?

This is a known issue which can sometimes happen after guild leadership is passed on. The guild bank items may become temporarily invisible until the next maintenance, or until all the guild members have remained offline for a certain period of time (half an hour is usually sufficient). We understand this is not an ideal workaround, but usually possible during offpeak hours such as during the night. I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve the display issues by passing leadership on to a third character; this is certainly a worthwhile workaround to try out as well.
