Heya

I've downloaded the client a few times now, each time encountering the same issue with being unable to log in to the PTR.

When I try, I get the "The information you have entered is not valid." message, which is not true. I have tried, several times, being as accurate as humanly possible and still I get the message.

My account has been active for several months now.
My account has been a battle.net account ever since the introduction of the battle.net system.
My account consists of two accounts, and I log in using an authenticator.

How do I fix this?

I recently changed from an iPhone Authenticator to one on an android system. Using the old authenticator works.

Yeah sounds probable. The PTR's account database is almost never as up to date as live account databases are right now, so if details have changed over the last few months, it can prevent access to the PTR unless someone is lucky, as it appears you were.
