Unable to connect again

Good afternnon,
I wrote last morning together with many others cause I wasn't able to connect to game servers. The issue was solved.
Now I have the same problem.
I can't connect, like yesterday traceroute is ok so I think it's your servers. Again.
Hope in a quick (maybe stable?) solution.

It is currently being investigated on our side by our network team and as a matter of course and procedure, please get in touch with your ISP's and ask if they could investigate from their side too.

Hello again.

We are still currently investigating this situation as a matter of urgency.

Our network team have assured us there is no issue on our side with in our Network, and that it is working correctly.

Please contact your ISP's to ask them to assist in resolving this issue, although the issue may not directly lie with your ISP they will be able to pursue matter and hopefully help in bringing a resolve.

As long as you don't edit any World of Warcraft files there is no problem with doing this at all. So No it doesn't contradict the Terms of Use
