hello,
although ive already done this i didnt get a solution from the start + from what i did i think it made it worse.
so make sure if i didnt do anything wrong here's what i did
Repair Tool
Look for WoWTest Folder
Enter Game
Unable to Validate
Repair again

and thats where i left it
any advice?
