Ok, We all discussed and 22nd December seems to be fine.

The info about where the race will start or where it will finish wont be written down yet, That will be yelled out when the race starts.
I have really fun plans so don't worry..
Were having a problem though, If we don't have a big gold deposit for the 1th and 2th winner people wont be intrested..But like Nysium said " You can't force people to donate their gold but I'm pretty sure they will. 5g is a hefty 2-3 minutes work for a whole lot of fun. "If there was a 1000g in the pot, loads of people would join up for a measly 10g a go. Probs making the pot even higher. " I totally agree with that.
There will be alot of people joining this event from all kind of guilds..will be more than 2 filled raids hopefully
