You tried ZG, MC, AQ, BWL, NAXX and stuff after you hit level 70?
How is it, can some of it be soloed or do the trash have too much hp?

AFAIK, the level of the bosses scale against the individual. It only calculates the hit%, crit& etc like you'd be fighting 2-3levels higher mob. Their health etc does not change.
