im the master of transmutation and after new patch 2.3 the transmutation seems to be odd, I didnt get any extra transmute (primal might or skyfire diamond) since this time. Is that a some kind of BUG or maybe blizz have changed the transmute promotion ratio ?? I'm a wee bit confused cos that was one way to make my money and from the past 2 weeks im busted.

We don't have any details or an ETA to offer you yet, but we are aware of this issue and it will be addressed in a future patch.
And by future patch, I mean as soon as we possibly can :)
