Transfer from PVE to PVP

I guess it has been posted many times but i really dont remember the answers etc....If i was still playing wow i would have 3 years of Hardcore raid in wow...But unfortunately i stopped the game like 2 months ago...Mostly cause i made the big mistake to move to a PVE server from a PVP i was cause of a guild...I would like to suggest at least make available for chars that have hit 70 in a PVP server to move from a PVE server to PVP at least 1 time....I dont know if u are planning to make available the transfer from PVE to PVP but this is just a suggestion THAT many people would like to take place....Cause many players are trapped to a PVE server like me...Ruinning 3 years of planning.
