I've become aware that the totem which can be bought from the Sha'tar for Badge of Justice, is quite bad thought it is epic quality.

Considering how easy it is to obtain the green one, the epic one is by far not worth paying 15 Badge of Justice for. And it is also very bad considering the relics which druids and paladins can buy from them.
