I have absolutely no knowledge of how things look but judging from the current US player version player forum it's pretty safe to say that something is broken.

It kinda seem that Blizzard becoming a part of Activision did something about the standard we were used to from Blizzard? I said the exact same thing back when hunters almost got an instant scare beast.

It is amazing how little Blizzard seems to know of their own game. When at least 50% of the threads of the opening page in a forum is about retribution paladins being overpowered something must be wrong.

GC: ret burst may be hotfixed.
