I made a ticket late last night, but after waiting around for a while I had to log off as sleep was calling me.

I have various screenshots of the conversation which took place regarding a particular character that I wanted to bring to blizzards attention regarding account sharing.

I have scoured the main site but can not find an email to send them too.

Hi Riala.

When you made the ticket, did you provide the name of the player you wished to report, and the approximate time of the offence? If so, the Game Master will have been able to act upon your ticket even if you had gone to sleep, so long as your ticket remained open, of course.

If not, then please resubmit the information I listed above so a Game Master can aid you wish your report and take actions to uphold our policies.

As a temporary fix for that whilst the player is continuing to harass you whilst your report is in the system, you can Right Click their name in the chat log and press the Report Spam button. This ignores all characters on the offenders Account until you next log off in order to give you a breath of fresh air from the abuse.

Ideally we prefer the system to be used for actual spam, especially that of gold sellers, but to improve your Game Play, using it in above named situations is also a suitable means to an end. :)
