About a year ago (in january 2006), a friend, Finntroll, and I, Lama, created the FLT: "Front de Libération Troll", which is once translated TLF : Troll Liberation Front. And today, now that we are well known of the french community, we'd like to help as well trolls from all over the planet. You see, trolls are maybe the least played race but they deserve some respect though ! And maybe we could get more results if the english community, known as the biggest one, was on the troll's side ! So a few months ago, we started translating our website: http://www.trollidos.com and today it's """almost""" finished. You'll see that the "history" section is still available in French only. Let me tell you what we actually did as Trolls helpers ! First we asked for an up of the Berzerk racial (which could only be triggered if we had taken a critical strike AND we would take 25% more damage). But no one cared. So we kidnapped a GM named Kulgeen (who's now the most famous GM in France) just so we could get some attention from developpers. Most tabloids talked about it ! http://www.trollidos.com/_img/txt/senjin_match2.jpg Berzerk became the racial we know today: 10 to 30% speed attack/cast ! (yes, it was because of us !). But we kept the GM, and he's still in our cave. We aren't finished with Blizzard, we want more (take a look: http://www.trollidos.com/mouvement.php ). Truly awesome stuff :-) Trolls are almost just as cool as Dwarves and I would buy a Troll Guevara t-shirt for sure... that is if you sold them in sizes for real men (Like a dwarf I am shaped like a barrel) :-) |
