The Dou of Two Mages
| by Allamin | 31/01/2007 03:13:44 Me and my friend got an idea to make a duo, two mages. Im going to spec fire, and his going to be frost. (proberbly with some arcane points too...) The first idea was to RP brothers, wich we did. But now we rolled on the new server Sporregar. Were thinking of both doing PvP and PvE. So im going to focus on damage with the fire, instead of taking things like Impact, as i wont need stun, when my brother here has gotten Frost Nova and stuff like that. I've fiddled abit with the talent trees, their not tested yet though i belive. at the moment im going for 20/41/0 Im not sure about my friend though, but im thinking that he should focus on the movement slowing things, and freesing, and not caring too much about the damage. We planned to be fire untill level 20, by then, my friend will respecc into frost. So, does any of you pro mages know if this will be a good duo? What should we use as specs? (both me and my friend) And if you imagine us never going from each other, and sticking together, would this then also be good for PvP? At what level should we begin to put points into Arcane? | by Crezax | 31/01/2007 03:19:36 With effects like Ignite and Winter's Chill, would it not be better to both go fire or both go frost instead of one each? Now I'm no mage expert myself, but this is what I would do at least. --Edited for understandable English. |
