My question to the CM's is: on your main, where are you in the games raid progression?
Do you discuss it at the office?
Is Vaneras like, 'man our guild keeps wiping at Prince, damn Infernals' ?
Is Thundgot all like 'man Van, l2p!'?

Would be interesting to know :)

I've been to Kara with my guild, not Gruul's Lair. First run there is planned, but at an awkward time so I don't know if I'll be able to go.
