i mailed blizzard last week about that i have bought classic wow + TBC the classic key worked fine but the TBC key didn't, it said it was already used, i was shocked looked at the cd-key again typed it again and it was already used!

So i first got back to the store saying that the cd key didn't work and they said we cant trade that sir, its a online registration and our policy is that we cannot trade it ( i was like :o and angry i walked away) so i mailed blizz with a digital image of the CD-key + the receipt, and i hope blizz can answer my question soon
