Please fix Tarren Mill... in the past 10 minutes we have had 3 World Server Downs only to come back 1 minute later and go poof again as quick as it came back.......

Q u o t e:
It is a hardware issue on THEIR end, and they're whipping all the available hamsters in the work place to get it up and running again at full capacity and better than ever. Though you know, Hamsters are merely small rodents with the attention span of...well... a rodent.

Now, You try upgrading and fixing hardware issues WHILST trying to create some sort of Cataclysm at the same time, Whilst being a hamster.

The Tarren Mill hamsters have indeed been hardly pressed lately, but we are in the process of greasing up our hamster wheels as a temporary solution until the new breed of super evolved replacement power-hamsters are fully grown.

On a more serious note, we very much apologize for the inconvenience and the frustrations these interruptions have been causing and I can assure you that we are not ignoring this. We are working hard to resolve the trouble that have been affecting Tarren Mill these last few days, but unfortunately we do not yet have an ETA for when we expect to have these issues fully resolved.

Each night as the issue has recurred we have investigated and each time reached a seemingly adequate resolution. But it appears issues persist and we can assure you that we are actively investigating and working hard towards resolving this completely. We realise the issue is causing frustration and apologise for that; we also thank you for your patience as we continue to seek a successful resolution.

Q u o t e:
Well, thank you for the response. Does this mean we are likely to continue experiencing these crashes for several more days or is it close to being resolved?

It is still a little too soon to say when we expect to have the problem resolved, but we most certainly hope that these issues won't be ongoing for much longer.

A little too soon ? it took us 4 days of crashing servers to get a response ?

There have actually been earlier responses to threads on this topic in the In-Game Customer Support forum. An example of such a response can be seen here: http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=12680209167&pageNo=1&sid=1#1

This of course doesn't make everything all right, and again we do apologize for these interruptions.
