Suspended, without reason?

Said account shouldn't have any previous suspensions at all and I cannot think of anything I've done that breaks the ToS. Lately I've only been running heroics and chatting with friends while doing so. I did not receive any e-mail at all regarding the ban. I checked my junkfolder and the mail I use for registering to sites which most likely sell your mail for spam (incase I had it registered to my wow account, but I'm extremely sure I have not). I went to the contact page, only number I can find is technical support but they do not pick up the phone at all. I get charged for the phone calls, tried to call several times. Don't get any response at all, nor automated response. Only light buzzing (yeah, my phone works). The number I used was;
I did not make any webform and I will not as the ban is 48 hours and I'm familiar with the times you spend to respond to webforms. Years ago, it was a day to 2 weeks, but last time I did it, it took you atleast 3 weeks for each reply and probably increased by now as you have a bigger playerbase and less support. No point spending that time only to get a reply weeks after my ban has expired. An e-mail was sent to the registered address which did have an error concerning the duration of the suspension, wrongly listing it as 3 hours instead of 48 hours and we can only apologise for that confusion. We can also see that you have contacted us privately about the matter and you will likely receive a response to that contact after several days, as the queue is quite long and we can only offer further apologies for any delays experienced.
