Greetings all roleplayers!

I have recently started a solo study regarding patterns of behaviour influenced by the real-life players performing roleplay and have with that put together a survey to dive deeper into the psychological aspects of these topics. With this I intend to compare, study, and (hopefully) see some of my theories come true when it comes to how the mind works in the roleplaying context.

I started out asking these questions in whispers to players performing roleplay, but quickly experienced that obvious lying was frequent, so I decided to set off some time to create this internet survey in detail instead.

I will not reveal exactly what I am looking for, what I will compare, or how I will compare it, because this will very most likely bias you to pick your answers. To keep the survey as objective as possible I will leave it as a blind experiment. When and if I manage to collect enough responses to my survey I will publish the statistics here in this thread, and also do a quick summary regarding the theories.

With that said I sincerely hope you are interested in helping me out, and to keep it (hopefully!) as simple as possible I have designed most of the questions to only be answered «Yes» or «No», but some of the questions may require further elaboration. Also, I have experienced some bugs and had to change some of the questions due to unknown annoying reasons with the website.

All in all, the survey should not take more than 5 minutes of your time, and all responds are totally anonymous. As a final note; you may find some of the questions asked uncomfortable, but in that case; ask yourself «why»? Most of the questions are also mandatory to answer, so if you feel this survey is not for you, I will not blame you, but rather thank you for at least giving it a try!

EDIT: I want to point out that all questions play a role in case you find them irrelevant.
