sins it is damage dealt and not and dps number will dps increse by 20% or is it the damage done that get the increase in recount?

No. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. And goog.. search engines don't always know everything. There is never an excuse to run rampant and tear people apart in these forums over what is a considered a tricky question by some and something simple by others. If you know the answer post it (if you want to) or just walk away.
